Valerian Essential Oil
Valerian oil is produced from the distillation of the botanical’s root and has a unique
kind of fragrance that is calming and grounding. You can use this oil topically on the
back of your neck or on the bottoms of your feet.
Valerian essential oil possesses an earthy smell that promotes a good feeling of
relaxation and eases occasional restlessness that can keep you from unwinding
massage it into the bottoms of your feet after a long day to foster moments
of peace and relaxation. Valerian is a vital component in D. Gary Young’s Trauma
Life essential oil blend.
